I have been shooting video/film for over 2 decades. I live to capture those moments that seem to freeze time and reflect our personalities, playfulness and character. You rarely see me walking around in my daily life without a camera in hand, and it is this same excitement for creating timeless moments that I desire to bring into your project. I have been so blessed with my marriage to my incredible bride, Lisa, for over 19 years. In my spare time I love a great movie, sailing, and playing music with friends.

These are just a few things that you can expect when you meet me. My name is Lisa and I’m a cinematographer and editor. I began learning about film and photo from my very gifted husband. He encourages and inspires me everyday to use my creativity in my shooting and editing style, so it best suits YOUR STORY and translates your day into something to be remembered for a lifetime.

I enjoy surfing, visiting with family and friends, and hunkering down to edit. When I start editing, time passes so quickly, as I get engaged in the story, that sometimes I forget to come up for air. Coming from a background in commercial TV, I have had the opportunity to edit all sorts of commercials, short stories and documentaries. Weddings have proven to be one of the most fulfilling stories to tell.

I like a challenge and finding that moment of creativity, that shot, that expression, that moment where life is captured and preserved forever. I like kittens, nature, and long hikes as well as a good day at the beach. I find telling stories through video and photos to be very rewarding. I look forward to being present in your moment, finding that special shot.

Newly married to my wonderful husband Tom, the memory of our wedding means the emotion, excitement, and anticipation are so fresh in my head that I love playing a role in helping couples capture such an amazing moment. I hope they, too, will get to re-live it all the time through their film, as I do!

I am in love, In love with life. With ever-expanding love for humanity, for existence, for the power of awareness, for deeper understanding, and for all people around me. I am creative, positive, vibrant, full of life, open to change, always ready to share this realities with those I am blessed to photograph.

I love to photograph all genre.  Over the last several years I have been dedicated to photographing the day in which all is right with the world, “The Wedding Day”.  Laughter, tears of joy, encouraging words, long embraces, passionate kisses, vows of love, spoken promises, champagne, dancing and yes!, even cake. I couldn’t dream of a better subject and I love what I do.

Filming the climactic moments in life is a joy and a thrill for me. There are few better feelings in life when I’ve captured a shot where the camera, my eyes, and my hands became one. From weddings to sports to live events, I bring a wealth of experience using a variety of cameras. I love the laughter, the joy, and the tears that are evoked from my footage. I hope what I do does the same thing for you.

I am a filmmaker and photographer, blessed with opportunities to learn a lot in the last couple years, continually growing, not only in my craft but as a human being. I’ve been privileged to work on a variety of different projects, ranging from Live Event Productions and Wedding Films to Behind the Scenes for A-List Artists and International Documentary Work.

I’m a mom to two rambunctious little girls and wife to the most understanding and patient man on the planet. I’ve got a passion for art, fashion and all things logical (it’s that crazy juxtaposition that just won’t quit). I’ve been documenting weddings and life for over 7 years. Love, life, emotions, these are my motivations on this journalistic journey. I can’t wait to capture yours.

I am  a professional jib & steadicam owner/operator. I stay in great shape (you have to with this steadicam rig!) and I love to bring my various motorized dolly track systems into play for your productions. I love those magical shots that make you feel as though you’re floating through the air or gliding over a mountaintop.  I really enjoy how they all come together to achieve the desired look for every production situation.
